We offer on-site one-on-one consultation for builds and a complimentary multi-point inspection included to ensure quote accuracy. Virtual consultations are available. Once the direction is determined, our team will acquire any necessary parts or accessories. We will only ask for pre-payment for special order, non-stocking items. Scheduling will follow once all items are received and inspected for quality assurance.
What is the average turnaround time for a vehicle customization?
1-3 days is the average, depending on the customization specifics. We’ll set the expectation for your vehicle service time prior to drop-off.
How will you store my vehicle while it’s being modified?
Your vehicle will be under our Garage Owner’s Protection while we customize your vehicle at no charge. We ask for pickup within 72 hours of completion.
Do you offer alternative transportation options?
We offer complimentary Lyft-Uber from/to our location when you drop-off for any service.
On-site rental cars are also available for your convenience if needed.
Do you have financing options available for vehicle customization?
Financing of up-fit with your vehicle purchase is available at Jerry Ulm CDJR.*

Do you offer BYOP (Bring Your Own Parts) installs?
We are open to installing provided parts although a consultation would be required. BYOP installs may be excluded from or have limited warranty coverage as well.
Do you offer a Pickup/Delivery Service for vehicle customization?
Pickup and delivery service is available for the UNLIMITED packages.
